Returns & Refunds

Please check your order on arrival and report any errors, sizing issues or faults within 3 working days by email. If you are unhappy with the goods received, we will be happy to provide an exchange or a credit on your account for unwanted items. If the item is faulty, we will be happy to provide a refund. All returns must be sent back at the customer’s expense in new, unworn, odour free and re-saleable condition, with original tags attached or for shoes, not worn outside and the shoe box undamaged. Items must be returned within 14 working days, along with the original receipt.

We suggest for your own protection you use a tracked shipping service when returning any item to us. We will not be held responsible for returned items that are lost in the post. Credit/exchanges and refunds will be issued with 3 working days of receipt of goods. We can only refund using the original payment method.

All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items we deem damaged as a result of fair wear and tear, will not be accepted as faulty.
